Cost structure

The cost structure for our service, which offers you the opportunity to present projects and convince our members as investors and capital providers, is generally as follows:

Enrollment as a Verified Partner

This option includes the presentation of two projects per year and offers you a variety of benefits, such as preferential treatment and greater trust through transparency with our members. This also includes initial processing, professional handling of the documents and targeted contact with potential capital partners in the community.

Cost: € 30.000 excl. VAT p.a.;

Contract duration: 1 Jahr;

Projects: DACH region or Spain. Exceptions can be discussed on an individual basis.

One-time or ongoing retainer

The retainer also includes familiarization, professional preparation of the documents and targeted contact with potential capital partners.

Costs: 0.1% of the requested volume, but at least €10,000 plus VAT p.m;

Contract duration: 1 month;

Performance-based transaction fee

In the event of a successful transaction, we charge the client a success-based transaction fee, depending on the project size, time required, complexity and degree of difficulty.

Participation via minority interests

In addition, we can also participate in the respective project via minority shares or co-investments or are remunerated in shares and represent the concurrent interests of our families.
